Notes

  1. Coffee/food. A great place for lunch is Bogey's which is in the clubhouse of the naval station golf course. The clubhouse is not far inside the base on Mayport Road and off to the left as you are entering. Just outside the V2 bridge (Room 113) is a coffee mess, several vending machines, and the heads.
  2. Base access. The Pass and Decal office is just before you enter the main gate to the right. You will be required to complete paperwork for a temporary base pass. Pass and Decal is open 24 hours.
  3. For access to the CSCS Det building, a formal clearance message is not required. For ships scheduled to receive NSSI training, please provide a list of students beforehand to Karen Sawyer via email (karen.a.sawyer@navy.mil), or by fax, 904-270-6450.
  4. Out of area commands should bring orders to the first day of class. After class introduction, orders and class roster will be sent to ATG Mayport.
  5. The phone number for the V2 simulator instructor/operator station is 904-270-7469.
